Question: What should I wear?
Whatever you feel great and can dance in. Smart casual is fine, just wear shoes you can céilí in. Also make sure to bring a jacket in case it rains!

p.s. For anyone still unsure... here's a blog on Irish Dress Codes for Weddings - It's very good for the breakdown!

I can't make the ceremony - Can I arrive later?
Yes! Just let us know you won't be there for ceremony, and you can drop in later. All details and times etc will be in your rsvp confirmation closer to the day - but if you need to call later that's no issue. Just bring your ticket!
Is there a day two party?
We plan on having a little gathering in a pub in Dublin to watch the All Ireland final - so if you are still around and fancy coming along please do! x
Will there be food?
Yes! Vicar Street doesn't usually have food, but we are bringing in outside caterers from our favourite restaurant in Dublin Saba. They will feed everyone gorgeous Thai food - Meat & Vegetarian options available
Is there a bar?
Yes of course. Look out for the Harley Davidson hanging in the window, there's an interesting story behind it!
Where should I stay?
Dublin has plenty of hotel options, so go for anything that suits your budget and your plans. It's the weekend of the All Ireland final though, so rooms will be scarce.
Do get booking as soon as you can if you're planning to stay in Dublin.
Near the venue (The Liberties / Christchurch) Handy if you'd like to be close to the action and keep your journey home short.
City centre (Temple Bar / Grafton Street) Loads of choice, and about 15 to 20 minutes from the venue on foot or a quick Luas or Bus
Is there a gift registry?
We don't really do that in Ireland! (As most of the Irish reading this know...ha!). If you’d like to give something, a small contribution toward our honeymoon would be appreciated but not expected at all. We're just so happy you are celebrating with us!
What do I need to bring?!
Yourselves and dancing shoes! We're hoping this website will gather all your information to contact you in the days before, so that we can send out final details. This will include all info to gain access to the wedding - you may need to bring your ticket! We will send in advance!
Is there parking close by?
Vicar Street is right in the heart of Dublin 8, so there's no parking on site, but there are a few good car parks close by:
Q-Park Christchurch (Werburgh St) – the closest option to the venue and open 24 hours, so you won't get caught out if the night runs on.
Q-Park Four Courts (Usher's Quay) – a short walk away, open until 11pm.
Drury Street Car Park – a bit further, but open late (midnight on Fridays and Saturdays) if the other two are full.
